Been receiving double notification. One is plenty.

Save button will not work when I try to select locations and save button does not work in Agree to Terms

App is stuck. Wont install and cannot delete it from launch screen. Dont download!

If the newest version didnt have an apparent issue on startup Id rate this a 5-star. First the criticism. The problem is that when I open the app (newest version) I get a spinning circle an "Loading." Thats good for 3-5 minutes. Then it works fine. As for the other aspects it works great. I only need to save two locations so the limit of five is no issue. I only care about the alerts so I havent delved into the other features. Id read some criticisms of the app but (staying out of political views) the agency is an emergency management agency of the government, not an app developer. The app does its simple things well. I get my weather and emergency alerts as soon or sooner than other "better" apps. Then I can go into my more advanced weather and radar apps. But this gives me the basics and in a timely fashion. Thats all I want and need from this app. It supplements my other apps. If the loading issue gets resolved soon Ill bump up my rating.

I love this app - its the best free severe weather app Ive used. But the version released April 5, 2016 is crashing on iOS and wont work. I got a notification but cant get to the menu, its "loading." Please fix this.

Since the last update it doesnt work and I cant delete it from my iPhone.
