Far too frequently notifications for "emergencies" that are nothing like true emergencies. Just got one for Yolo County that warned of clogged gutters. Oh no, the humanity. There should be tiers of alerts, true emergencies vs. warnings about slick roads. Tornadoes vs. slick roads.
