This is the best app ever, I just love it when my government taxes me and spends the money developing apps that geotag my location in case of an emergency. This app is definitely not a huge waste of taxpayers money. FEMA did the best job ever in Katrina, remember? So you might as well download the app right now and save the NSA a little time tracking your every movement. Privacy is way overrated anyway.
